Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of related experience in content development or instructional design.
• Master's degree is preferred (education-focused).
• Kirkpatrick's Methodology certification is preferred.
• Experience developing virtual education experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to identify training needs and solutions.
• Serve as consultant to instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts.
• Develop classroom and web-based courses and materials aligned to business goals.
• Evaluate learning outcomes using Kirkpatrick's framework.
• Lead design tasks and mentor junior designers.
• Facilitate learning deliverable reviews and process improvements.
• Adapt content for different learner levels and formats.
• Promote learning opportunities via internal communications.
• Deliver in-person and virtual soft-skill and technical training.
