Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced learning and development leader to design and implement CMX’s L&D strategy, with a focus on capability building, go-to-market readiness, and onboarding across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑growing environment.

As an individual contributor in a hybrid role, you will partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing and Client Success to deliver learning programs for seller‑facing teams, create onboarding experiences, and measure impact on colleague

Qualifications

• 7+ years of learning and development experience
• 5+ years designing, developing, and implementing learning programs for sales
• 3+ years collaborating with leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders
• 2+ years of retail media, retail, brand, agency, digital marketing, or ad tech experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain role-based learning paths and capability-building programs aligned to CMX priorities
• Lead CMX-wide onboarding experience to help new colleagues build core business, functional, and cultural understanding
• Design and deliver targeted learning programs for sales teams with Sales leadership and Sales Enablement
• Lead and refine the CMX learning operating model including intake, prioritization, and delivery planning
• Partner with CMX leaders to identify learning needs and translate priorities into practical training plans
