Responsibilities

• Partner with the Manager, New Hire & Early Career Programming to strengthen onboarding.
• Facilitate systems training in classroom, virtual, and blended environments.
• Design and evaluate learning programs aligned to business outcomes.
• Consult with leaders to identify needs and influence learning priorities.
• Create facilitator guides, participant materials, and digital resources.
• Support learning technology adoption and measure learning effectiveness.
• Build relationships across the organization and contribute to cross-functional projects.
