Job summary

Wider Circle in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Senior Learning & Development Lead to own onboarding, training, and enablement for Care Advocates and to support physician onboarding as the clinical team grows.

You will design high-quality learning content, manage TalentLMS end‑to‑end, and track onboarding readiness so you know when intervention is needed. This role blends instructional design, facilitation, and program ownership in healthcare.

Qualifications

• L&D experience in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated instructional design skills: created e-learning, videos, job aids, and assessments.
• Hands-on LMS experience, preferably TalentLMS or similar platform.
• Experience supporting frontline care teams (e.g., Community Health Workers, Care Navigators).
• Familiarity with compliance training and certification tracking in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain onboarding and training programs for Care Advocates and other roles across onboarding, systems, compliance, and ongoing development.
• Lead engaging virtual onboarding sessions, workshops, and compliance training for diverse audiences.
• Own Care Delivery content on TalentLMS end‑to‑end: courses, enrollments, paths, assessments, and certifications.
• Maintain audit-ready learner records and provide proactive reporting on completion and readiness.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations SMEs to align training with current workflows and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a centralized knowledge base of SOPs and training materials.
