Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a learning and development leader to design and execute a CMX learning strategy that grows colleagues across multi-functional teams. You will shape onboarding, capability-building, and go‑to‑market readiness while partnering with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Success to align priorities with business needs.

You will run CMX-wide programs and signature initiatives, ensuring high-quality learning assets and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of learning and development experience translating strategies into scalable solutions.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and implementing learning programs, especially for sales teams.
• 3+ years collaborating with leaders and stakeholders to drive initiatives.
• 2+ years of retail media, retail, brand, or ad tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain role-based learning paths aligned to CMX priorities and training needs.
• Lead CMX onboarding experience to build core business and cultural understanding.
• Design and deliver sales training programs with certification to improve readiness.
• Lead the CMX learning operating model with intake, prioritization, and delivery planning.
• Partner with CMX leaders to identify learning needs and translate priorities into training plans.
• Lead CMX signature programs like the 101 series and OneHeart sessions.
• Oversee the CMX kickoff learning experiences with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Create and maintain facilitator guides, learner materials, playbooks, and tools.
• Support people leaders with resources to reinforce learning and development.
• Measure training impact via feedback, readiness signals, adoption, and performance.
• Collaborate enterprise-wide to leverage resources and ensure CMX alignment.
