Walmart Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Learning and Development to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training initiatives that boost organizational capability.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, develop curricula, and ensure alignment with business goals. The role involves coaching associates, managing performance standards, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and mentor associates, fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting continuous growth.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through data analysis, adjusting strategies to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions that support capability building.
• Establish and maintain training standards, governance, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
• Oversee performance management processes, providing constructive feedback and coaching for improvement.
• Develop bespoke training content and facilitate to the sales organization.
