You will partner with facility leadership to develop talent, strengthen succession planning, and use data to measure outcomes while fostering a culture of learning and belonging.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering adult learning and coaching leaders and associates.
• Ability to apply change management principles to training initiatives.
• Proven ability to align learning solutions with business needs within a retail environment.
