Walmart Wellford facility in Wellford, SC is seeking a senior leadership role to coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with key stakeholders and supporting plans to meet customer and business needs. Qualificações

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate OR 1 year's experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment OR 2+ years' of college in a Business or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Implements training programs at the facility level.
• Participates in the FunctionalDivisional training network to determine current best practices and share learnings.
• Manages execution and quality of delivery across change programs and aligns stakeholders.
• Oversees project team leadership for change initiatives and communicates with end users.
• Coordinates training programs and maintains training materials.
• Guides Leadership Development across the facility and coordinates hourly associate training.
• Supports associate engagement with learning opportunities and cross-training.
