Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Studies, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4 years’ experience in communications, human resources, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in communications, human resources, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change plans, including communication, training, and awareness programs.
• Develop and deliver strategic communications and training materials to support change initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead the development and execution of change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Assess organizational impact and identify opportunities for process improvements to support sustainable change initiatives.
• Facilitate project teams to define behaviors and actions necessary for successful change adoption and business benefits.
• Monitor progress through key performance indicators and adjust plans to enhance effectiveness and outcomes.
• Mentor and guide associates to build capabilities and foster a collaborative work environment.
