Qualifications

• Salaried Walmart operations experience supervising 5+ direct reports
• Firearms- CBC completion and training where applicable
• State-issued eligibility and required trainings as assigned

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee training and development across Walmart Academy locations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and Open Door guidance
• Lead change initiatives, provide feedback, and support adoption of new training technologies
