Qualifications

• 3 years’ general management experience with financial accountability.
• 3 years’ experience supervising 20+ associates/employees, including mentoring and performance management.
• Experience ensuring compliance with policies and Open Door Policy.

• Identify customer and operational needs and develop priorities.
• Provide resources and remove barriers affecting performance.
