Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of Learning and Development Curriculum Design and Implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field preferred.
• CPTD Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions from foundational to advanced levels.
• Mentor L&D Specialist I and collaborate with SMEs and department leaders to drive growth and training impact.
• Administer LMS, track content, generate reports, and maintain SOPs for teams.
• Facilitate in-class and virtual sessions using engaging methods and assess learning outcomes.
• Capture video content, develop storyboards, and perform video editing.
