M. A. Mortenson Company is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver learning experiences that align with our culture and strategy. You will partner with the business to craft solutions and serve as a facilitator bringing those experiences to life.

Through instructional design and delivery, you will evolve how we develop talent, shaping Mortenson's enterprise-wide talent ecosystem and driving impactful outcomes across teams and leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in instructional design, development, and facilitation.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing multiple instructional design projects at a time.
• Articulate Rise and graphic design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design impactful learning solutions in collaboration with the business.
• Develop learner-centered content and course materials (online courses, guides, participant materials).
• Lead in-person and virtual onboarding and skill training sessions with strong presence.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and leaders to align programs with strategy.
• Leverage data to iterate and improve learning offerings.
• Stay informed on L&D trends and best practices.
