Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences using a variety of modalities, including eLearning, ILT, and blended formats. You will partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to design, develop, and deploy impactful training aligned with ADP standards.

You will apply adult learning theory, manage multiple projects, and mentor peers while driving continuous improvement in learning design practices and outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Applies adult learning theory and performance support.
• Partners with SMEs and stakeholders to assess needs and define outcomes.
