Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Learning Design Professional to design and develop learning solutions that strengthen AI capabilities across the enterprise. You will collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and AI product managers to translate capability needs into measurable objectives and scalable assets.

The role leverages generative AI tools and emerging technologies, with responsibilities spanning needs analyses, storyboard creation, multimedia assets, and learning program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Performance, Adult Education or similar field.
• 5+ years designing and delivering learning solutions in a corporate environment, including e-learning modules and facilitated learning events.
• 3+ years facilitating in-person and virtual learning experiences using diverse instructional techniques in a corporate environment.
• Experience designing learning solutions that support technical skill development, emerging technologies, digital transformation, AI capabilities, or related upskilling initiatives.
• Proven ability to communicate learning approaches, recommendations, and outcomes to stakeholders across functional and leadership levels.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and manage learning projects effectively, including timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
• Track record of successful training design, development and implementation experience using various methods and software (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe CC, or similar).
• Experience managing courses in Cornerstone on Demand or a similar LMS.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, learner-centered experiences that build technical skill development.
• Conduct needs analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability and performance requirements.
• Partner with SMEs to translate complex concepts into clear learning objectives and instructional materials.
• Develop scalable learning assets and reusable content frameworks supporting Enterprise AI initiatives.
• Ensure course materials remain accurate and relevant as technologies evolve.
• Track learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on data.
• Provide guidance to facilitators and select appropriate learning technologies and delivery methods.
• Create multimedia learning assets, including videos, simulations, e-learning, job aids.
• Plan, organize, develop, and deliver curricula and programs, including live and virtual sessions.
