Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an AI Learning Design Lead to design and advance learning pathways for role-based AI skills. You translate capability needs into practical learning experiences and guide design across digital and live formats for AI skilling initiatives.

You will collaborate with business partners, AI product teams, SMEs, and learning colleagues to ensure scalable, measurable learning solutions that meet enterprise needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning design, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years designing and developing learning solutions.
• Experience translating needs into measurable objectives and sequenced learning experiences.
• Experience supporting AI, emerging tech, digital transformation, or technical skilling.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, performance consulting, accessibility, assessment, and evaluation.
• Experience using AI-enabled learning tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe CC, Camtasia.
• Ability to guide design work, collaborate across functions, and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design learning pathways and translate skill needs into objectives, sequences, assessments, and support.
• Lead design across digital, live, virtual, cohort-based, and experiential learning for AI skilling initiatives.
• Create and organize internal/external content into cohesive learning experiences.
• Apply adult learning, performance consulting, and responsible AI practices for quality.
• Collaborate with partners, AI product teams, SMEs, facilitators, vendors, and learning colleagues.
• Coordinate design activities, timelines, dependencies, and risks; propose solutions as priorities shift.
• Define measurement strategies using feedback, assessments, and performance data to improve pathways.
• Create reusable templates and approaches to improve speed, consistency, and quality.
