Job summary

Humana seeks a Senior Learning Design Professional to design and develop learning solutions that strengthen technical AI capabilities. You will work with SMEs, AI product managers, and teams to translate capability needs into measurable objectives and scalable assets, including videos and simulations.

The role leverages generative AI and emergent technologies to accelerate content creation, assessments, and learner support. Travel for training or meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Performance or equivalent
• 5+ years designing and delivering corporate learning solutions
• 3+ years facilitating in-person/virtual sessions
• Experience with learning technologies (AI-enabled preferred)
• Ability to communicate learning approaches to stakeholders
• Experience managing learning projects with timelines and risk mitigation
• Proficiency with major tooling: Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, CC
• Experience managing courses in Cornerstone On Demand or similar LMS

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, learner‑centered experiences for technical audiences
• Conduct needs analyses with stakeholders to define capability requirements
• Translate concepts into objectives, storyboards, practice, assessments and guides
• Develop scalable assets and reusable content for Enterprise AI initiatives
• Ensure materials stay current with evolving technologies and needs
• Track learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on results
• Guide facilitators and select learning technologies and delivery methods
• Create multimedia assets including videos, simulations, courses, job aids
• Plan and deliver curricula and programs, potentially facilitating live and virtual sessions
