Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Learning Design Lead to partner with Tech leaders and associates, crafting scalable leadership programs grounded in adult learning theory. You will design, deliver, and scale experiences across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats, working with SMEs to drive measurable outcomes.

You will leverage performance consulting, ADDIE/SAM models, and AI tools to accelerate development and ensure content quality for leadership at multiple levels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and developing leadership training, including e-learning modules and instructor-led sessions.
• 5+ years facilitating dynamic training across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Experience with executive leadership programs and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to measure learning impact and apply ADDIE/SAM models.
• Experience with AI-enabled learning platforms and multimedia asset creation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and HR leaders to assess needs and align solutions to performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure development efforts align with goals and culture.
• Independently manage multiple initiatives with timelines, resources, and reporting.
• Develop measurement strategies, analyze feedback and iterate for impact.
• Integrate generative AI tools into learning design to scale content creation.
