Job summary

Humana is seeking a Learning Design Lead to partner with Tech leaders and associates in identifying performance gaps and delivering scalable leadership development programs. You will design, deliver, and measure impactful experiences grounded in adult learning theory to build leadership capabilities across the technology organization.

You will lead end-to-end design for virtual, in-person, and hybrid programs, collaborating with SMEs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in organizational learning or related field.
• 8+ years designing and developing leadership training including e-learning and ILT in corporate settings.
• 5+ years facilitating dynamic training across in-person, virtual, and hybrid modalities.
• Experience facilitating leadership programs with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and HR leaders to assess needs and align learning solutions to performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, learning designers, HR, and stakeholders to align development with goals and culture.
• Independently manage multiple initiatives with timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop measurement strategies, analyze feedback and business impact, and iterate programs for effectiveness.
• Integrate generative AI tools into learning design for faster content creation.
• Oversee logistics for leadership programs including scheduling, tech setup, communications, and tracking.
