Job summary

Ryder is seeking an experienced instructional designer to design and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended or performance support training solutions for our workforce. You will collaborate with SMEs to ensure objectives, content, and evaluation strategies align with business goals.

Responsibilities include creating proposals, applying adult learning principles, and driving best practices in instructional technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design Technology or related area or 8+ years equivalent experience.
• Five years or more Education or business environment.
• Three years or more Assessing, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions; Experience with Articulate 360 Suite; Knowledge of Storyline; client collaboration to develop strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and maintenance of dynamic eLearning, instructor led, blended or performance support training solutions.
• Consult with subject matter experts to develop objectives, content, and evaluation strategies.
• Develop learning project proposals and ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Incorporate best practices in instructional technologies and adult learning; communicate innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on projects and initiatives; perform other duties as assigned.
