• 3+ years of learning design experience with adult learners.
• 3+ years of experience developing curriculum content, eLearning programs and virtual learning solutions.
• 2+ years of working experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
• Progressive business experience with a focus on eLearning strategies and adult learning theories.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions for new hires and existing associates.
• Conduct needs analysis to guide targeted learning solutions.
• Create meaningful, theory-based learning experiences using instructional design principles.
• Write learning objectives and assessments to measure training effectiveness and performance.
