Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Learning Architect to transform clinical design into engaging learning experiences across slides, workbooks, talks, and e-learning content.

You will maintain and grow a library of 50 curricula, design modular content for cross-session use, and leverage AI to accelerate development and inform product improvements. The role emphasizes clarity, scalability, and supporting facilitators in virtual sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, communications, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory.
• AI-native workflow: daily, fluent use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for first-draft generation, editing, quality review, and documentation.
• Comfort working directly in a CMS (Contentful) to structure, link, and publish content.
• Strong proficiency in Google Slides/PowerPoint plus document tooling.
• Basic data literacy: read engagement and satisfaction data.
• Ability to adapt writing voice to our brand — warm, empathetic, conversational.
• Sound instructional judgment and willingness to iterate content.

Responsibilities

• Translate HLDs and clinical source material into cohesive learning modules — slide decks, workbooks, talk tracks, and training packages.
• Build content as skill-aligned modules, not standalone weekly decks, so assets can be reused and accessed independently of a single session.
• Create professional, visually clear content that presents complex clinical concepts in a digestible format.
• Write comprehensive facilitator guides with talk tracks and timing cues for consistent delivery.
• Embed clear instructions to help facilitators manage group dynamics and lead effective discussions.
