Accenture’s Leadership Acceleration Consulting seeks a Senior Manager to design, deliver, and scale leadership strategies for CEOs, boards, and senior teams across industries. You will build a high-caliber network, advise confidentially, and drive growth through strategic client relationships while applying AI tools to improve outcomes.

You will manage portfolios, shape strategic plans, and lead both in-person and virtual workshops. Travel up to 30–35% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years working with C-suite leaders and boards.
• Leadership coaching and advisory experience.
• Deep psychological assessment of senior leaders.
• Organizational consulting, effectiveness, and design expertise.
• Workshop design and facilitation (in-person and virtual).
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy or training.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and implement strategic leadership programs for boards and executives.
• Model senior leadership offerings for CEOs, C-suite teams and boards.
• Develop a network of senior-level contacts to create opportunities.
• Serve as confidential advisor to leaders and their teams.
• Ensure high-quality work that improves business outcomes.
• Contextualize leadership insights into cultural and commercial drivers.
• Coordinate client teams, upskill local relationships, and service structures.
• Pilot new IP within client systems with Content Team.
• Lead client portfolios, drive growth and cross-sell across offerings.
• Role model inclusive culture; travel up to 30-35% as needed.
