Job summary

Horizon Bank is seeking a Sr. Learning & Development Program Manager to lead enterprise leadership development and professional learning initiatives across the organization. You will evaluate capability needs, manage high-impact programs, and oversee vendor partnerships to align with talent strategy.

You will design learning experiences, facilitate key programs, coach leaders, manage budgets, and ensure measurable results while delivering on LMS/TMS initiatives and operational support.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver enterprise learning programs aligned with business priorities.
• Manage budgets and external training partners.
• Deliver corporate programs such as onboarding and high-potential development.
• Provide coaching to leaders and advisors.
• Participate in LMS/TMS design and testing.

Responsibilities
