You’ll manage program logistics, facilitate sessions, tailor content to learners, collect data, and act as a learning liaison to assigned teams. Qualifications

• 3+ years in Learning & Development, facilitation, or instructional design.
• Comfortable facilitating in front of groups and adapting content in real‑time.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive in problem‑solving.
• Passionate about helping people grow.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand needs and customize learning programs; deliver virtual and in-person sessions.
• Contribute to instructional design and content development (slides, guides, toolkits).
• Deliver learning programs, workshops and cohorts (virtual and in-person).
• Facilitate live workshops and trainings for smaller teams and groups.
