Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking an experienced Talent Development professional to design and deliver impactful learning experiences for new credit analysts and portfolio managers. The role partners with executives to implement training that drives performance and supports enterprise goals, acting as an internal consultant focused on measurable results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
2–4 years of talent development, organizational learning, or related HR experience.

Responsibilities

Consult with executives to align learning with business results.
Recommend best-fit learning solutions and development plans.
Ensure learning solutions align with strategy and culture.
Oversee role readiness and ongoing learning across units.
Design and deliver diverse learning experiences (in-person, virtual, job aids, modules).
Facilitate sessions with professionalism and engagement.
Track progress and measure impact using established metrics.
