Job summary

Horizon Bank seeks a Learning & Development Programs Manager to design, plan, and execute training for advisors and leaders, applying adult learning theory to boost performance and efficiency.

You will lead New Advisor Orientation, New Supervisor training, and LEADS programs, assess organizational needs, adjust courses, and deliver via Zoom while traveling within Horizon’s footprint as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent corporate training experience.
• 3+ years managing enterprise training programs.
• 3+ years designing training using adult learning theory for all levels of an organization.
• 3+ years delivering training to all levels; orientation delivery preferred.
• 2+ years designing and delivering supervisor/leadership training; virtual delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute training programs for advisors and leaders.
• Evaluate training needs and create targeted programs.
• Facilitate New Advisor Orientation, New Supervisor training and LEADS program.
• Use Zoom or similar tools to deliver corporate courses; develop course materials.
• Provide development coaching to leaders and advisors and support learning compliance.
