Job summary

Blue Shield of California is seeking a Senior Leadership Development Specialist to drive curriculum and programs that develop leaders across the organization. You will partner with HR and business teams to design, deliver and measure leadership development initiatives that support strategic priorities.

You will manage projects, plan events, and facilitate sessions both in-person and virtual, while engaging stakeholders and communicating updates effectively.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 4 years additional relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management skills with ability to forecast risks.
• Self-direction and initiative with agile and flexible mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Executive presence under high-visibility delivery challenges.
• Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives desired.
• Designing and delivering learner experiences in person/virtually.
• Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel; Qualtrics; LMS tools.
