Job summary

Blue Shield of California is seeking a Health Plan Strategist, Principal to drive strategic planning and execution across the organization. You will design, develop and implement enduring strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and executive stakeholder management to support major initiatives.

Reporting to the Director, Strategic Planning and Performance, you will influence leaders, guide change management, and help transform healthcare delivery through strategic programs and agile delivery

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor-level degree or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience.
• Graduate degree (MBA/MPH/MHA) strongly preferred.
• Experience in healthcare environment, health plan/insurance, or provider setting.
• Experience leading enterprise programs and cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Strong ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and drive change.
