Job summary

Blue Shield of California seeks a Senior Leadership Development Specialist to join the Organizational Development and Performance team. You will design and implement leadership development curricula, manage projects and events, handle communications and stakeholder engagement, and facilitate sessions both in person and virtually for leaders at all levels.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to drive continuous learning culture, support enterprise transformation, and apply change management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in related roles.
• Strong project management skills and ability to forecast risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to lead in high-visibility delivery challenges.
• Experience in designing and delivering learning solutions.
• Proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and LMS platforms.
