San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning and Development to build and lead a comprehensive, organization-wide L&D function. You will design programs that strengthen leadership, regulatory readiness, engagement, and succession planning, partnering with executives to translate needs into measurable solutions.

The role owns the learning lifecycle from needs assessment to evaluation, coordinating education, and driving data-driven improvements in a diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business Admin, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 7+ years in learning and development with leading programs.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning for adults.
• Experience partnering with leaders to assess needs and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organization-wide L&D strategy aligned with priorities.
• Assess training needs using performance data and stakeholder input.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning programs.
• Lead leadership development, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Oversee LMS governance, reporting, and data integrity.
• Manage L&D budget, vendors, and learning resources.
• Promote inclusive learning and accessibility across programs.
• Collaborate on onboarding and new-hire learning frameworks.
