Job summary

Blue Shield of California seeks a Health Plan Strategist, Principal to support the development and execution of our integrated health plan strategy and related initiatives. This role acts as a change agent, using data-driven insights and executive sponsorship to shape strategy and implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 10 years of relevant healthcare, health plan, or provider experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-level programs and cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.

• Support the improvement and maintenance of the integrated health plan strategy to execution process.
