Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Designer & Business Partner to drive the end-to-end design of leadership solutions. You will diagnose leadership and team effectiveness, design bespoke interventions, and create scalable programs for Meta's leaders across a global organization.

The role blends design with business partnership, requiring autonomous work across teams, with focus on driving measurable outcomes through evidence-based development and coaching at scale.

Qualifications

• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) required.
• Experience designing leadership-development solutions from discovery through launch.
• Experience applying adult-development and design-thinking methods to leadership challenges.
• Proven ability to diagnose and design for complex organizational needs.

Responsabilités
