Job summary

Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Business Partner to join the Leadership Development team. You will diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at scale, design tailored interventions, and coach executives using ICF methods to build stronger leaders and healthier teams across the organization.

You will partner with HR and business leaders, share cross-company intelligence, and support large-scale change initiatives including AI-driven transformations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in leadership development or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development or organizational development.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
• Demonstrated mastery of leader and team diagnosis with 360 design/debrief.
• Expertise designing bespoke development experiences grounded in diagnostic data.
• Experience in globally distributed organizations and cross-functional partnerships.
• Proven ability to work with HR partners and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness using evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver bespoke development interventions tied to business outcomes.
• Coach executive leaders using ICF-credentialed methods.
• Share insights across Meta via rotational deployment.
• Partner with HR to scope and align leadership engagements.

• Support organization-wide change and AI transformation leadership.
• Stay current with research and practices on leadership and org health.
