Job summary

Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Designer & Business Partner who will design bespoke leadership solutions and scale programs across director and manager populations. You will diagnose, design, pilot, and measure impact while collaborating with HR, business leaders, and subject-matter experts.

You will drive end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to delivery, partnering with teams to align with business outcomes and organizational change, including AI transformations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, learning experience design, or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, leadership-development, or leadership-design roles.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC). This is a credentialed coaching role, not advisory coaching.
• Demonstrated expertise designing leadership-development solutions from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience applying adult-development, learning-design, design-thinking, or product-design methods to complex leadership challenges.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at system level with evidence-based methods.
• Design bespoke leader and team interventions for priority leaders and teams.
• Create scalable leadership-development solutions, journeys, tools, and playbooks.
• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery to iteration and scale.
• Shape strategy across the leadership-development system and influence priorities.
• Facilitate and coach with credibility, including 1:1 executive coaching with ICF methods.
• Serve as cross-company intelligence, sharing insights across groups.
• Build trusted partnerships with HR and business leaders on intake, diagnosis and alignment.
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem for ongoing development.
• Support organizational transformation, guiding leadership capabilities during change including AI shifts.
• Advance the craft of leadership-development design with current research and AI-enabled approaches.
