Job summary

Meta seeks a Leadership Development Business Partner to advance leadership and team capabilities across the organization. The role emphasizes diagnosing system-level effectiveness, delivering bespoke development experiences, and coaching executives within a cross-functional, rotational model.

You will work with HR partners and business leaders to scale leadership development, support AI-driven change, and connect leaders to the broader People Development ecosystem for sustained impact.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership development experience with team and organizational impact.
• Mastery in diagnosis design using 360s, interviews, and data.
• Expertise in designing bespoke executive development experiences.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level with evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis.
• Coach executive leaders using ICF-credentialed methodology with 1:1 coaching.
• Share patterns and best practices across Meta with enterprise-wide perspective.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver engagements while maintaining candor and trust.
• Connect leaders to the People Development ecosystem and growth programs.
• Support organizational change, including AI transformation, with leadership capability.
