Job summary

Meta seeks a Leadership Development Designer & Business Partner to design bespoke development solutions for priority leaders and teams, while building scalable programs, journeys, tools, and playbooks across Meta's manager and director populations.

You will lead end-to-end design, partner with HR and business leaders, and advance leadership development in a globally distributed organization with a focus on adult development and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional leadership-development experience
• 5+ years in learning & development or leadership-design functions
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC)
• Experience designing leadership-development solutions from discovery through launch
• Experience applying adult-development and design-thinking methods to leadership challenges
• Expertise in leader and team diagnosis including 360 design and debrief
• Experience facilitating high-impact development experiences for senior leaders
• Track record of building scalable leadership solutions with measurable outcomes
• Ability to lead ambiguous, high-impact work across organizational boundaries
• Experience in complex, multicultural, globally distributed organizations

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods
• Design bespoke leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis and linked to business outcomes
• Create scalable leadership-development programs, journeys, tools, and playbooks for managers and directors
• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery to iteration with cross-functional partners
• Shape strategy for the leadership-development system and influence priorities across teams
• Facilitate high-stakes leadership experiences and provide 1:1 executive coaching
• Serve as cross-company intelligence and transfer effective practices across groups
• Build trusted partnerships with HR and business leaders while maintaining independence
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem across experiences and resources
• Support organizational transformation and AI-driven change with leadership capabilities
• Advance the craft of leadership-development design with emerging practices and AI integration
