Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Designer & Business Partner to architect bespoke development solutions for top leaders and teams. You will blend design with business partnership to deliver scalable programs, journeys, and tools at enterprise scale across Meta.

The role emphasizes diagnosing organizational needs, translating insights into actionable development, and partnering across HR and business units to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise designing leadership-development solutions from discovery through launch and iteration, including bespoke interventions and scalable programs

Responsabilités

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods
• Design bespoke leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis and tied to business outcomes
• Create scalable leadership-development solutions including journeys, tools, playbooks, and resources
• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery to iteration with cross-functional partners
• Shape strategy across the leadership-development system and influence priorities
• Facilitate high-stakes leadership experiences and provide 1:1 executive coaching using ICF methodologies
• Serve as cross-company intelligence to transfer effective practices across groups
• Build trusted partnerships with HR and business leaders for intake, scoping, and alignment
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem for ongoing development
• Support organizational transformation and leadership capabilities during change
• Advance the craft of leadership-development design with research and AI-enhanced approaches
