Job summary

Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Designer & Business Partner to diagnose and design bespoke, scalable leadership solutions for senior leaders and teams. You will lead end-to-end design from diagnosis through prototyping, and work with HR, program managers, and executives to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in leadership development or organizational effectiveness design
• 5+ years in learning & development leadership roles
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) required
• Experience turning discovery into scalable leadership solutions
• Appreciation for adult development and design-thinking methods
• Experience diagnosing leadership and team dynamics including 360s
• Proven ability to facilitate high-impact development for senior leaders
• Track record delivering measurable learning outcomes
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence beyond authority
• Experience in complex, global organizations

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at system level using evidence-based methods
• Design bespoke leader and team interventions with high business impact
• Create scalable leadership development solutions and playbooks
• Own end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery to iteration
• Shape strategy across the leadership-development system
• Deliver executive coaching using credible methodologies
• Share insights across business groups via rotation model
• Build partnerships with HR and business leaders for intake and alignment
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem
• Support transformation initiatives including AI-driven change
