Job summary

Meta seeks a Leadership Development Business Partner on the Leadership Development team to diagnose leadership and team effectiveness, design bespoke interventions, and coach executives using ICF methodology. You will collaborate with HR and business partners to scale leadership development across Meta and support change initiatives including AI transformation.

You will build trusted partnerships with HRBPs, connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem, and help sustain leadership

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership development function.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver bespoke development experiences grounded in diagnosis and linked to business outcomes.
• Provide 1:1 coaching to executives using ICF framework.
• Share enterprise-wide insights and transfer best practices across Meta.
