Job summary

Meta seeks a Leadership Development Business Partner on the Leadership Development team to advance leadership and team capabilities across the organization. The role collaborates with HR and business leaders to design bespoke interventions and scalable development programs.

You will diagnose system-level leadership needs, deliver executive coaching, and help navigate large-scale change including AI-driven transformations, ensuring sustained leadership impact across Meta.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership development function.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) required.
• Demonstrated mastery of leader and team diagnosis with 360 design/debrief, team assessment, and organizational analysis.
• Expertise in designing and facilitating high-impact development experiences for executive leaders and leadership teams.
• Experience working within complex, technical, multicultural, and globally distributed organizations at scale.
• Track record of building trusted partnerships with both business leaders and HR partners, with initiative and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level.
• Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions.
• Coach executive leaders using ICF-credentialed methodology.
• Serve as cross-company intelligence and share insights across Meta.
• Build trusted partnerships with HR Business Partners to deliver leader and team engagements.
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem.
• Support organizational and work environment transformation during large-scale change.
• Stay at the cutting edge of the craft with current research and AI implications.
