Job summary

Meta seeks a Director of Executive Development to design and lead Meta's flagship development portfolio for its most senior leaders. You will shape how executives grow, translate emerging AI-led needs into sophisticated experiences, and ensure the portfolio scales across the organization.

This role sits in People Development and collaborates with HR to embed executive development within the broader talent system.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in executive or leadership development, with senior scale experience.
• 8+ years designing and leading development experiences for VP-level or equivalent.
• Track record owning a development portfolio end to end and accountable for outcomes.
• Direct experience coaching senior executives 1:1 with a professional coaching method.

Responsibilities

• Design high-caliber executive development experiences for Meta's most senior leaders.
• Facilitate sessions with VP-level audiences and provide deep, insightful coaching.
• Lead team development for VP-level leadership teams in partnership with Leadership Development.
• Own end-to-end strategy and architecture of the executive development portfolio.
• Maintain relationships with HR and business leaders to align portfolio with needs.
