Job summary

Meta in the United States is seeking a Leadership Development Business Partner on the Leadership Development team. You will diagnose leadership and team effectiveness, design bespoke interventions, and coach executives to build capacity and impact across the organization.

You will partner with HR, share enterprise insights, support large-scale change including AI transformation, and connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem to ensure ongoing development rather than one-off

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership development functions.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
• Mastery of leader and team diagnosis with 360s and organizational analysis.
• Experience designing bespoke interventions for executive leaders and teams.
• Experience in complex, multicultural, globally distributed organizations.
• Proven track record building partnerships with business leaders and HR.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver high-impact leadership and team interventions connected to business outcomes.
• Provide 1:1 coaching to executives using ICF-based methodology.
• Share cross-company insights and patterns across Meta.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver engaging leader and team engagements.
• Connect leaders to the People Development ecosystem and resources.
• Support organizational change, including AI transformation and large-scale change initiatives.
• Stay current with research and emerging practices in leadership and organizational health.
