Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Leadership Development Manager to shape the next phase of growth by identifying future skills and designing high-impact learning for people managers, especially directors. Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years designing, delivering, and managing leadership development programs.
• Strong track record delivering strategic and tactical solutions in fast-paced environments, preferably SaaS.
• Proven ability to design and scale development experiences for directors, senior directors, executives.
• Excellent needs assessment, data analysis, and measurement of impact and improvement.
• Exceptional communication and project management across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate scalable leadership development experiences for people managers and leaders.
• Lead the director-level leadership program with enrollment, accountability, and impact measurement.
• Conduct needs assessments and align deliverables with business objectives and People Team initiatives.
• Extend learning beyond the classroom through practice, reflection, and manager accountability.
• Establish measurement approaches spanning participation, completion, application, and business impact.
• Coordinate projects and stakeholder relationships to drive priority-based decisions.
• Collaborate with IT and People Team to scale AI-supported coaching and tech-enabled experiences.
