You will lead leadership programs, facilitate sessions, coach, and collaborate with HR Partners and business leaders to drive measurable value in a fast-paced environment.

With 6+ years in leadership development and a strong consulting background, you will influence enterprise talent strategy, deliver governance, and advance leadership readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six+ years in leadership development, talent management or related fields.
• Experience diagnosing business needs and translating to talent solutions.
• Experience using talent data to inform decisions.
• Experience designing and managing leadership programs.
• Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Facilitation, presentation, communication and relationship-building strength.
• Strong project and program management with multiple priorities.
• Ability to influence and partner across teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership, talent, and organizational challenges and translate into practical recommendations.
