Job summary

Orrstown Bank is seeking a seasoned leader in development to implement and support leadership programs that align with strategic imperatives and workforce growth. You will help shape frameworks of critical leadership capabilities and drive coaching, training, and experiential assignments to strengthen management across the organization.

You will promote career pathing, develop learning content, and analyze leadership program results to inform decision-making, while leveraging LMS and MS Office

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, learning & development, talent management, coaching, or related field.
• Proven success coaching leaders and facilitating group learning.
• Experience creating learning content and instructional materials.
• Financial services or banking industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and learning technologies/LMS.

Fosters a culture of informal knowledge exchange, coaching, and training throughout the organization to engage and develop the workforce. Promotes training and development programs and career pathing initiatives. Prepares analysis and reporting of leadership development efforts and results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Psychology or related field required, Master’s degree in the aforementioned areas preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, learning and development, talent management, coaching or a related field.
• Demonstrated success coaching leaders and facilitating group learning.
• Experience creating learning content and instructional materials.
• Financial services or banking industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and experience utilizing learning technologies and learning management systems
