Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science or related fields, with leadership of analytics teams.
• Strong leadership with hands‑on mentality and teamwork skills.
• Expertise in statistical and causal inference methods for non‑experimental settings.
• Proficient SQL, data modeling, and experience with Salesforce data at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Analytics team and drive impact across acquisition and expansion.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and translate data into actionable insights for executives.
• Rebuild foundational data systems with Data Engineering for scalable analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to align data roadmaps and infrastructure.
• Evolve forecasting capabilities with rigorous analytics and quasi‑experiments.
• Enable self-service analytics with AI and automation.
• Mentor analysts to increase strategic thinking and analytical rigor.
