Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science or related fields, with 4+ years leading analytics teams.
• Strong leadership with hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” execution.
• Expertise in statistical and causal inference; experimental design and causal reasoning.
• Revenue data systems expertise, especially Salesforce at scale and CRM-to-warehouse reconciliation.
• Infrastructure-first mindset; rebuild messy data environments for long-term scalability.
• Deep technical depth: SQL, dbt, Snowflake, data transformations across Salesforce/BI.
• Sales and revenue domain knowledge; pipeline management and forecasting analytics.
• Ability to negotiate priorities and drive cross-team roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Analytics team to deliver impact across customer acquisition and product expansion.
• Translate data into actionable insights for executives and partners.
• Rebuild foundational data systems with Data Engineering for a world-class analytics ecosystem.
• Partner with CRO, Sales Ops, Data Eng, and Service Platform on data roadmaps.
• Evolve forecasting with rigorous analytics methods and quasi-experimental approaches.
• Enable self-service analytics with AI and automation for operations partners.
• Develop a high-performing analytics team and foster strategic, analytical thinking.
