Gusto is seeking a Senior Data Science Leader to empower the Sales Data team, shaping the insights, forecasting, and measurement infrastructure that drive how we acquire, expand, and retain revenue. The leader will guide senior Sales and Marketing leaders through complex analyses and mentor analysts into statistical thinkers.

You'll collaborate across Sales Operations, Data Engineering, Finance, and R&D to align analytics with business strategy and scale AI-enabled decision making.
