As AI tooling matures, you will help shift the team toward advanced forecasting, quasi-experimental methods, and self-service analytics, collaborating with Data Eng, CRM, Finance, and Ops to scale impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science; 4+ years leading analytics teams.
• Strong SQL, statistical and causal inference expertise.
• Experience with Salesforce data at scale and data infrastructure.
• Proven ability to mentor analysts toward strategic work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Analytics team to drive revenue insights and forecasting.
• Rebuild foundational data systems with Data Engineering for scale.
• Evolve forecasting methods with rigorous analytics and causal reasoning.
• Partner with CRO, Sales Ops, Data Eng, and Finance on roadmaps.
• Enable self-service analytics with AI and stay ahead of AI tools.
